About 20 parliamentarians and a handful of experts participated in the conference. The agenda was composed of three panels and a roundtable discussion on recommendations to the High-Level Forum on Aid Effectiveness in Accra, Ghana, in September 2008. The three panels included international experts who addressed progress in regard to the Paris Agenda. Parliamentarians gave reflections on progress in their respective countries.
