On 23 September 2008, Ms. Ingrida Circene, head of the AWEPA Latvia Section, held a meeting with group of Catholic journalists from different countries around the world, which included: Kenya, South Africa, Russia, Lithuania, Peru and Latvia. Attendees discussed problems related to HIV/AIDS in Africa and Europe, visa issues in Europe and Africa, and issues related to human rights. Ms. Circene also introduced the journalists to the work of AWEPA. |
