Ms. Jessica Longwe, AWEPA Director of Partner Relations and Dr. Jeff Balch, Director for Research & Evaluation attended the State of Nation Address delivered by the Honourable President Thabo Mbeki on the 8 February 2008. It is the occasion where the Parliament of South Africa invites the President of the country to give an account to Parliament of the government’s achievements and the challenges that continue to be faced by the South African people.
