AWEPA has staff in offices in Africa and Europe, with its headquarters located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. A second European office is situated in Brussels, Belgium. In Africa there are two regional offices: in South Africa and Kenya, and seven local offices: Mozambique, Burundi, Rwanda, Uganda, Tanzania, the DRC and Southern Sudan.
